The service

imgtogif provides free, browser-based GIF tools. You may use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, as often as you like. The output files you create are yours; we claim no rights over them.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you process. Only use images and GIFs you have the right to use. Because all processing happens on your own device, content never passes through our systems — which also means we cannot moderate, recover, or restore it.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make output accurate — the tools report real file sizes and dimensions — but we do not guarantee fitness for a particular platform's requirements, which change without notice. Check important output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, imgtogif and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site — including lost data, lost profits, or a GIF that failed at the wrong moment. Your remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site evolves; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
